The intrinsic values of the organisation which underpins and inform our work are:
Providing the teams with the right training, tools and support to carry out their roles.
Work with victims and survivors ensuring they are at the core of all we do. As an organisation we will always be transparent with service users, partners, colleagues and commissioners and ensure that all staff act according to our vision, mission and values.
Collaborative working and coproduction of services
Calan DVS are committed to working collaboratively with partners across Wales, we are committed to ensuring survivors experiences and voices are heard and contribute to new programmes and review of current programmes
Ensuring staff, service users and partners are provided with equal opportunities regardless of race, gender, sexuality to access services, contribute to services and make the most of their lives and talents.
We are an innovative organisation and are constantly looking to improve services and plug gaps in services to better support victims and their families. We work closely with partners, victims and commissioners to advocate for change whether that is relating to the service need.
Calan DVS work closely with victims and survivors empowering them to reach their goals and potential.
